吳牧謙博士於2014年完成本系學士班，2020年完成本所博士學位，自大學期間即加入本系吳宗信教授的研究團隊，主要從事大氣電漿的相關研究。今年獲得NSTC為期12個月的新台幣130萬元資助，未來將在普林斯頓大學化學與生物工程系著名電漿物理學家David Grave教授的指導下，展開「奈米結構在量子電腦上的應用 （挑戰與機會）」的研究項目。

Congratulations to Dr. Mu-Chien Henry Wu who received a postdoctoral research award to study abroad for 12 months from National Science and Technology Council (NSTC).

Dr Mu-Chien (Henry) Wu obtained his BS and Ph.D. degrees, respectively, in 2014 and 2020, from National Chiao Tung University majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Prof. Jong Shinn Wu’s laboratory since he was a college student, who specializes in experimental atmospheric-pressure plasma.

Dr. Mu-Chien Henry Wu will perform a research project on “manufacturing nanostructures for quantum computer applications” at the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, Princeton University, under the guidance of well-known plasma physicist, Prof. David Grave.
